job summary: Looking to advance your laboratory career with an industry leader? We are seeking a detail-oriented Grain Quality Analyst for a high-throughput laboratory environment in Ankeny, IA. In this role, you will ensure data integrity while executing sample preparation and critical analytical testing to support agricultural research and development.
location:
Ankeny, Iowa job type: Contract salary: $20.00 - 24.21 per hour work hours: 7 to 3 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Manage the receipt, identification, and preparation of incoming agricultural samples. Label samples accurately and verify that requested analytical testing aligns with ISO work instructions. Prioritize and coordinate multiple analysis projects efficiently to meet customer needs and laboratory capacity constraints. Perform bench-top wet chemical analyses and operate advanced laboratory instrumentation to obtain high-quality data. Deliver accurate laboratory results efficiently while collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams. Maintain rigorous data integrity and adhere strictly to pre-established standard operating guidelines.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related discipline) OR directly applicable experience in lieu of a degree. 1-3 years of related industry experience. Proven experience working in a high-throughput laboratory environment. Strong commitment to data integrity, documentation, and adhering to ISO standards. #LI-MH1 skills: Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Control (QC)
