Join our team as a Laboratory Technician and gain hands-on experience testing soils, concrete, and aggregates that support major construction projects. No advanced experience required—we provide training and pay for your certifications ! What You'll Do Perform laboratory testing on construction materials (soils, concrete, aggregates) Record and document test results accurately for daily reporting Communicate findings with Project Managers and engineering staff Assist senior technicians with testing procedures and lab tasks Maintain and clean equipment and work areas Follow strict safety protocols and participate in pre-task planning What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to follow procedures and document results clearly Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Certifications & Training ✅ ACI Certification required within 90 days — fully paid by company ✅ Paid internal safety training programs Why Join Us?
