Duration:
7+ Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Note:
This will be a shared role between two production labs. The first position will be June-August (8am Start Time) and the second position will be and the second position will be September-December (9 am start time, flexibility required to meet production schedule during peak season).
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute PCR/qPCR reactions by combining assay mixes, controls, and sample DNA according to SOPs, exercising independent judgment where appropriate. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automation equipment and related lab systems in accordance with SOPs Maintain and organize oligo, reagent, and control inventories, ensuring outdated materials are removed, replenishments are available, and production demand thresholds are met. Perform routine lab support tasks including consumable management, restocking, cleaning, and general maintenance to sustain production readiness. Support high?throughput, time?sensitive production workflows by managing large sample batches, adjusting priorities as needed, and communicating issues or delays promptly. Demonstrate sustained attention to detail while performing repetitive, production?scale tasks and adhering to documentation and quality expectations.
