Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Laboratory Technician and play a vital role in delivering accurate diagnostic results that support patient care. In this energetic and fast-paced position, you will perform a variety of laboratory procedures, utilize advanced techniques, and ensure specimen integrity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and the seamless operation of our clinical laboratory services. Responsibilities Conduct laboratory procedures using established protocols, including specimen collection, processing, and analysis Perform blood sampling through venipuncture and other phlebotomy techniques with precision and care Prepare and analyze specimens utilizing laboratory techniques such as microscopy, centrifugation, and chemical testing Maintain accurate documentation of test results, quality control data, and patient information in compliance with regulatory standards Assist with patient service activities by obtaining vital signs and providing support during specimen collection Ensure aseptic techniques are followed rigorously to prevent contamination or infection during sample handling Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and support clinical decision-making Requirements Proven experience in clinical laboratory settings with strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques Hands-on laboratory experience including specimen collection, processing, and analysis Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology concepts, and hospital workflows Certification or training in phlebotomy (venipuncture), blood sampling, and specimen handling preferred Ability to perform venipuncture accurately while maintaining patient comfort and safety Knowledge of vital signs measurement and basic patient care practices in a hospital environment Strong understanding of aseptic technique to ensure sample integrity and safety compliance Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members Join us in making a difference through precise diagnostics!
