Job Description
Performed quality control testing on finished food products using laboratory instrumentation including HPLC, protein analyzers, and heat stability testing equipment to verify compliance with product specifications. Executed standardized laboratory testing procedures by following detailed work instructions and testing protocols for a wide variety of food products, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Evaluated finished goods against established quality standards and documented test results in accordance with GMP, food safety, and quality system requirements. Maintained strict adherence to laboratory SOPs, quality assurance procedures, and regulatory guidelines while supporting high-volume production operations. Verified product quality for food ingredients and sauces supplied to major restaurant chains, grocery retailers, and food manufacturers, helping ensure customer specifications were consistently met. Supported quality assurance efforts by identifying and documenting non-conforming products and communicating results to production and quality teams for timely resolution. Maintained laboratory equipment, prepared testing materials, and ensured a clean, organized work environment in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Contributed to the release of finished products by accurately completing laboratory analyses and maintaining detailed quality documentation within established turnaround times.
