Our client is seeking Lab Technicians to join their team across multiple shifts on a Direct Hire basis.

Pay Rate:
$30/hr Key Responsibilities Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify compliance with established specifications. Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical laboratory instrumentation to support routine testing activities. Review and document analytical results, communicate findings to operations teams, and assist with investigations and process improvements as needed. Prepare laboratory standards, reagents, and solutions while maintaining accurate records in accordance with standard operating procedures. Maintain laboratory supplies, retained samples, and testing documentation to support quality and regulatory requirements. Support a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required with 4+ years of laboratory, manufacturing, quality control, or analytical testing experience; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline preferred. Hands-on experience operating analytical instrumentation such as Gas Chromatography (GC), titration systems, sulfur analyzers, moisture analyzers, or similar laboratory equipment. Experience working in a chemical manufacturing, industrial gas, petrochemical, energy, aerosol, specialty chemicals, or related environment is highly preferred. Knowledge of flammable chemicals, compressed gases, hydrocarbons, or similar industrial products is a strong plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other laboratory data management systems. Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed. •This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
