  • This role is essential to ensuring specimens are processed accurately and efficiently, directly impacting diagnostic quality and patient outcomes. Your work supports timely lab results and contributes to overall healthcare delivery.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Perform specimen processing functions including A-station, presort, centrifugation, aliquoting, and imaging + Enter data with a high level of speed and accuracy (6,000+ keystrokes/hour) + Prepare and transport specimens within the laboratory as needed + Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume production environment + Adhere to safety, compliance, and quality standards in a biohazard setting + Communicate effectively with team members and support staff + Adapt to changing workflows and daily operational demands •What We're Looking For•+ A current, up-to-date resume + High school diploma or equivalent + Strong data entry skills and computer proficiency + Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or on-call as needed + Previous lab, medical, or production experience preferred + Familiarity with medical terminology or specimen processing is a plus + Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations •What's In It For You•+ Opportunity to gain clinical laboratory experience + Pathway to permanent employment + Consistent evening shift schedule + Exposure to a leading diagnostics organization + Collaborative team environment + Hands-on training in specimen processing and lab operations + Experience working in a regulated healthcare setting •Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)•Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k)ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
