TITLE:

Laboratory Technician

SHIFT:

Monday-Friday, 3:30PM-12:00AM with overtime as required

PAY:

$ 18.00/HR Responsibilities for Laboratory Technician jobs include but are not limited to: Operate laboratory machinery and equipment that analyze radiation‑detecting dosimeters and related products. Review and validate machine‑generated analytical data to ensure accuracy and adnce to laboratory standards. Perform routine machine operations, calibrations, quality control checks, and preventative maintenance activities. Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including logs, calibration documents, and analysis outputs. Identify, troubleshoot, and correct anomalies in laboratory processing; escalate issues when necessary. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality requirements for accredited laboratory operations. Perform continuous visual or digital inspections using specialized software or imaging systems (as applicable to equipment). Conduct work center housekeeping, equipment clean‑outs, and other tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Collaborate with data review or quality teams regarding analysis findings or discrepancies. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Laboratory Technician jobs: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read,prehend, and follow written and verbal instructions. Comfort working independently and operating PC‑based workstations and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Ability to maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive or high‑volume inspection tasks. Basic math and statisticalpetency to interpret and convert data results. What's in this for you?
