We are hiring Entry sample coordinator!! Responsibilities Collaborate with multiple functional groups to meet business needs. Accurately and promptly perform work assignments in a safe manner. Plan and organize work with periodic supervision. Safely handle biological matrices (e.g., plasma, urine, blood, CSF) in a biohazard level 2 laboratory. Log shipments and receive samples for clinical and/or toxicology trials according to priority, SOPs, and regulations. Document and maintain shipment, sample receipt, and condition records per SOP. Notify manager and sample owner of any abnormal receipt conditions. Required Skills Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements. Ability to understand and independently apply GLPs to daily work. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with electronic laboratory notebooks and Laboratory Information Management Systems (e.g., StarLIMS). Strong written and oral communication skills. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite with work hours during the 1st shift, Monday to Friday. No weekends are required.
