What You'll Do Perform and analyze laboratory tests that support accurate diagnoses and guide patient treatment plans Collect and process patient specimens with precision and care , ensuring reliable results Identify and communicate critical or abnormal findings to support timely clinical decisions Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment that promotes quality and patient safety Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care Participate in infection control, safety initiatives, and ongoing training to uphold the highest standards

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science Completion of an accredited MLT/CLS or MT/MLS program Successful completion of

ASCP/AMT

registry exam 1-3 months of related experience preferred
