Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory testing, quality assurance, and data collection activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a laboratory environment, following established procedures, and ensuring accurate test results. The Lab Technician will perform routine testing, maintain laboratory equipment, document results, and support quality initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial laboratory setting. Responsibilities Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Prepare, label, and organize samples for testing and analysis. Record and document test results accurately using laboratory software and databases. Conduct quality control checks and report any abnormalities or non-conforming results. Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment according to established procedures. Follow laboratory safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist with sample retention, inventory management, and laboratory supply organization. Support process monitoring and data collection activities. Communicate testing results and observations to supervisors and production teams. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field preferred. Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or testing experience preferred. Ability to follow written procedures and work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to accurately record and maintain laboratory documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally. Ability to handle laboratory samples and operate testing equipment safely. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Why Join Us?
