Position Summary We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to join our in-house laboratory team. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic testing, ensuring accuracy of results, and supporting providers with timely clinical data to guide patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and moderate complexity laboratory testing Analyze and report accurate test results in a timely manner Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment Perform quality control and ensure compliance with CLIA standards Collect and process specimens (blood, urine, etc.) as needed Maintain proper documentation and lab records Collaborate with providers and clinical staff on test results Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field Certification preferred: MLT (ASCP) , MT (ASCP) , or MLS (ASCP) Minimum 1 year of lab experience preferred (new grads considered) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Supportive team environment Opportunity to work in a multi-specialty, high-growth organization Consistent schedule with minimal weekend requirements Why Join GetWell?
