Professional & Technical Skills Good written and oral communication skills B. Education High School Diploma or GED; RPSGT by the BRPT or RRT by the NBRC C. License(s) or Certification(s) RPSGT by the BRPT or RRT by the NBRC D. Other Skills or Requirements Customer service oriented personality E.
