Job Description

Mokan Labs LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laboratory Accessioner / Client Services Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the initial intake and processing of laboratory samples, ensuring accurate data entry and proper documentation throughout the accessioning process.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming laboratory samples Review requisition forms and documentation submitted with samples Accurately enter patient and test information into the laboratory information system Label and prepare tubes for laboratory testing Communicate with internal sales representatives via email to obtain missing or additional information when needed Generate and manage shipping labels using UPS for outgoing packages Package and ship supplies to client facilities Track supply inventory and maintain organized records Ensure all documentation and samples meet proper processing requirements Maintain professional written and verbal communication with team members and clients Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks Proficiency with basic Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in a laboratory environment Previous experience working in the medical or healthcare field (such as clinics, hospitals, laboratories, or medical offices) preferred Skills Data entry accuracy Organization and time management Professional communication Problem solving Inventory tracking Strong general computer skills Join us to be part of a team committed to excellence in laboratory services!
