Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Laboratory Technician and play a vital role in advancing research and quality assurance. In this energetic position, The Quality Laboratory Technician plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, supporting production decisions, and maintain compliance through accurate testing, documentation, and adherence to safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analytical Laboratory Operations Perform wet chemistry testing on samples. Calibrate laboratory equipment for accuracy and consistency. Participate in proficiency testing programs. Troubleshoot and assist with equipment repairs. Escalate issues related to equipment. Shipment Testing Test products prior to customer shipment. Generate accurate Certificate of Analysis (COAs). Sampling and Retention Composite and analyze samples on a shift basis. Maintain retained samples from production and shipments. Retrieve retained samples for investigations or complaints. Collect wastewater samples as required. 3rd party laboratory testing when needed. Documentation Maintain accurate lab records and test documentation. Prepare and distribute daily production reports with analytical data. Safety Follow all safety and chemical hygiene policies. Prepare and distribute daily production reports with analytical data.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of laboratory or production environments.
Preferred:
Associate or bachelor's degree in a science-related field. 1+ years of laboratory or manufacturing experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to interpret and communicate technical data. Basic troubleshooting skills for lab equipment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
