Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. In this role, the individual will be responsible for operating a Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer and

LC-MS/MS

for confirmatory testing in accordance with the SAMHSA mandatory guidelines and those of other regulatory organizations for all non-negative test results. This job also requires the individual to perform some QC duties. Work schedule Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri 1PM-11:30 PM; training schedule Tues-Sat 9AM-7:30PM. Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or related science.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and perform full-body movements. Vision and hearing corrected to meet minimum standards. Ability to cope with stress due to production obligations or legal proceedings. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow SOPs, Federal (49 CFR Part 40), and

CAP-FUDT

guidelines. Ability to transcribe data legibly and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues. May be exposed to toxic or hazardous materials; works in a climate-controlled office and laboratory environment.

Competencies & Skills:

Technical decision-making and problem-solving in laboratory procedures. Documentation and record-keeping in compliance with regulatory standards. Adherence to safety and security protocols.
