Overnight shifts Overview We are hiring and training entry-level Sleep Technicians to run in-lab sleep studies. This role follows a structured pathway to become a Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) and ultimately a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT). No prior sleep experience required — we will train the right candidate. What You'll Do Set up and monitor patients during overnight sleep studies Apply sensors and ensure high-quality data collection Observe and document sleep activity Work under supervision of a licensed technologist Learn sleep medicine through hands-on training Training & Career Path Louisiana Sleep Technician Permit (12 months) CPSGT eligibility within ~3 months (~400+ hours) Progression to RPSGT (advanced certification) Compensation Starting pay: $17- 20/ hr + night shift differential ($2
- 4/ hr ) Increase to $22
- 25/ hr upon CPSGT certification Growth to $28
- 34/ hr as an RPSGT Certification bonuses available Qualifications High school diploma required Healthcare experience preferred (CNA, MA, RT, etc.
