Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Test Lab Technician to join our team. This role supports the testing and validation of pump performance in a fast-paced lab environment. It's a great opportunity to gain experience across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
No prior lab experience required — we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
What You'll DoAssist with pump testing and performance validationPerform pressure and hydro testingAssemble/disassemble pipes and flangesUse hand tools and pneumatic tools safelySupport lab setup, maintenance, and operationsWork both independently and with a team to complete testing tasksWhat We're Looking ForAbility to lift 50+ lbsComfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for long periodsExperience with hand and power toolsStrong work ethic and willingness to learnReliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
