Job Description

High Technology, Inc. (HTI) is a growing manufacturer of In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Laboratory Technician to join our Quality Control team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build or expand their career in laboratory testing, quality control, manufacturing, and medical devices. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Compensation within the posted range will be based on qualifications, experience, and applicable industry background. Key Responsibilities Laboratory Operations Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Electrolyte, Immunoassay, and Urinalysis analyzers. Perform testing of reagents, controls, calibrators, and patient simulation materials. Verify analyzer performance through routine maintenance, quality control testing, and performance verification activities. Support reagent application validation and analyzer performance evaluations. Quality Control Activities Perform testing of raw materials and finished products. Conduct product testing, manufacturing lot validations, and performance evaluations. Review and document laboratory test results accurately. Support stability studies and other quality control activities as needed. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred, but not required. Equivalent laboratory, manufacturing, technical, or quality experience will be considered. Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, quality control, medical device, or similar environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
