$25.00 - $29.00/hr
Type :
Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Responsibilities Perform Testing following SOP, QC, ASTM or similar related test method/procedures Operate Analytical Equipment or Devices (ICP, IC, XRF, SEM, GC-FID, HPLC, etc.) Review data for quality trends and proper reports Utilize Microsoft Office and Digital Platforms (LIMS) Maintain proper housekeeping (5S) and safety Check e-mails for questions Follow quality procedures for log and other record keeping Requirements Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical field 1-year of demonstrated laboratory experience Computer literate in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols for preservation of data Comfortable and able to work with toxic chemicals while following safe laboratory practices/protocols The ability to stand while working in the laboratory throughout most of the day Experience working in an Analytical laboratory desired Able to work in teams and in a fast-paced environment Skills with
