In this support role, you'll collect blood samples, foster patient trust, and perform low complexity testing and culture set-up. Ideal candidates include students, those with patient care backgrounds, and individuals with some lab experience. Join us and make a difference in our community!Schedule Details:
- Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks
- Monday
- Friday
- Day shift, working between 7am
- 4:30pm
- 8-hour shifts with start times varying
- 7am•3:30pm; 7:30am-4pm; 8am-4:30pm•On-site position at Albany•Position will float to other clinic locations as needed
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay $19.15 per hour, exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary range: $19.15-28.71

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Must be able to be verified within 30-days of hire Transportation available for off-campus laboratory related activities required A valid driver's license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of liability insurance coverage may be required Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills required Prior experience in a Phlebotomist, Lab Assistant, or similar role preferred Graduate from or in the process of pursing a degree in laboratory or medicine related program preferred CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
