Post Process Technician 1

Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented Post Process Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, deburring, cleaning and inspecting components in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform post-processing operations such as cleaning, deburring, and inspecting components to meet quality specifications. Operate and maintain post-processing equipment, including ultrasonic cleaners, sterilizers, and other finishing tools. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet regulatory and industry standards. Follow strict guidelines for documentation and reporting in compliance with manufacturing regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve post-processing issues to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. Assist in training new team members on post-processing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in post-processing, finishing, or manufacturing preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Manual dexterity for handling small components with precision. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. repeatedly and 40 lbs. occasionally, as required.
