Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our Home Environment Consumer Products lab team. As a Lab Tech, you will play a crucial role in conducting various tests and experiments to ensure the quality and safety of our consumer products. Worker performs physical and/or mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products. This is a very active position and will require someone with a strong work ethic to keep up.

Responsibilities:

Prepare materials and organize for product testing. Work with product developers to construct prototypes. Conduct hands-on tests with multiple pieces of equipment. Assist in laboratory experiments through testing and evaluation of new materials and products. May test or make visual observations on product samples from competitors and communicate test results to the appropriate requester.

Requirements:

Highschool Diploma Ability to lift/carry 25 pounds. Experience in Excel and Word Ability to follow written test methods/SOPs with strong attention to detail and repeatability.

Preferences:

Demonstrated teamwork and customer-service mindset, with a track record of being responsive to internal stakeholders and meeting agreed timelines. Strong organizational skills, self -motivated and results driven. Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both written & oral. Adaptability to team needs and working for multiple individuals Prior laboratory or manufacturing experience. Proven ability to problem-solve and implement solutions. Ability to take instructions (verbal and written) and complete a task with little or no supervision

Top Must-Haves:

Team worker with good physical mobility and dexterity, good observations skills, and excellent communication. Must have the ability to adapt and adjust to team's needs.
