This role is ideal for candidates with a strong academic foundation in the life sciences who are eager to apply their knowledge in a hands‑on laboratory setting while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory activities in accordance with established procedures and quality standards Accurately document experimental data and maintain records within laboratory databases Support day‑to‑day lab operations, including sample handling and preparation Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet production and project timelines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized laboratory workspace Required Skills & Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, cellular biology, or a related field is required Experience working in a laboratory environment is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document and manage data Database experience and comfort working with electronic systems Ability to work effectively in a team setting Strong communication and organizational skills Sterile technique experience is a plus Must be willing to work up to a 40‑hour week , with shift times at the discretion of the manager based on production needs Work Environment Laboratory‑based role within a regulated or production‑driven setting Requires adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on laboratory experience and contribute meaningfully to scientific operations in the St. Louis biotech and life sciences community. 1456690_1777299372 To Apply for this Job Click Here
