The Medical Laboratory Technician Lead works under the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor and utilizes comprehensive practical and theoretical knowledge in Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, and Special Chemistry to support operations within the Chemistry Laboratory. Serving as a key resource for other technicians in the department, the Tech Lead provides guidance and support as needed.
Education:
Associate Degree Medical Technology or physical, chemical, or biological sciences required
Certifications :
MLT
  • Medical Technician
  • ASCP required or Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT
  • AMT required
Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in an acute care or clinical laboratory setting required Shift 7 on 7 off, 6PM-6:30
