Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) through an accredited agency (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field Experience with laboratory equipment and analyzers in a regulated clinical environment Understanding of laboratory safety, quality assurance, and infection control protocols Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Effective communication abilities for working with colleagues and healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:
