Job Description QC Laboratory Technician (Contract-to-Hire)
Location:
Charlotte, NC (On-Site)
Pay Rate:
$23-$26/hour
Duration:
3-Month Contract with Potential for Conversion Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented QC Laboratory Technician to support quality control operations within a fast-paced laboratory environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering hands-on experience with laboratory testing, equipment maintenance, and data analysis, with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control testing on samples to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment in accordance with standard procedures
  • Accurately record, analyze, and interpret laboratory data
  • Support sample preparation and testing processes
  • Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized lab environment

  • Experience working in a laboratory environment (QC or analytical preferred)
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and testing methods
  • Proven ability to operate laboratory equipment
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field or relevant hands-on experience Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a chemical manufacturing or similar regulated environment
  • Familiarity with quality systems and compliance standards
