Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to perform routine testing and ensure product quality and compliance in a regulated environment. The role involves analyzing samples, maintaining lab standards, documenting results, and supporting investigations and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Conduct environmental monitoring (air, water, surfaces) to ensure contamination control. Carry out tests such as bioburden, sterility, endotoxin, TOC, particulate count, Gram staining , and other microbiological/chemical analyses. Record and review test data accurately to ensure compliance with specifications. Investigate deviations and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage sample tracking and lab inventory (materials, reagents, supplies). Maintain lab cleanliness and equipment (including sterilization and documentation). Support method validation, equipment qualification , and process improvements. Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train new team members when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, microbiology, or QC laboratory Experience in investigations, GMP, and quality testing preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
