A Day in the Life As a Laboratory Technician Assistant , you'll be responsible for assisting multiple projects where you will have increasing interaction with our multi-disciplinary staff, regulatory agencies and clients. You will be part of a strong team of committed professionals. The compensation range for this role is $18.00 to $20.00 , commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday To thrive in this role, you'll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities: Preparation of reagents for lab use and/or shipment Cleaning laboratory glassware and laboratory areas Maintaining organized records of sample disposal Overhead projects designed to improve efficiency or accuracy of analyses Assisting the Group Leaders and analysts in acquiring and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentation Comply with Quality Assurance Program and other policies Comply with Health and Safety Plan Other duties as assigned by Group Leaders or the Technical Director Your Expertise and Skills These requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here. High School Diploma Basic Excel skills required Must have ability to follow directions and work in a team setting Must be comfortable working with strong acids and solvents Excellent communication skills required Detail oriented Prior Laboratory experience preferred but not required as this is an entry level position Knowledge of analytical method, analytical instruments, general lab practices and lab safety Ability to work independently and in a team Good organizational skills and strong communication skills Work Environment and Physical Requirements The physical and environmental requirements below reflect what's typically needed to perform the essential functions of this role safely and effectively.
