About the role The QC Micro Analyst plays a vital role in safeguarding product quality through the hands‑on execution of microbiological testing and quality system support within the QC laboratory. Working under the guidance of the QC Microbiology Team Lead or QC Laboratory Manager, this role ensures laboratory operations are performed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with Good Laboratory and Documentation Practices. The position supports organizational quality and customer service goals by delivering reliable, timely laboratory results while demonstrating growing independence, strong attention to detail, and accountability for the integrity, accuracy, and quality of all work performed. .Your responsibilities Perform microbiological and analytical testing, including water and environmental monitoring, in compliance with cGMP, GLP, and GDP requirements. Review, document, and maintain accurate microbiological data and records to ensure data integrity, traceability, and inspection readiness. Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated according to approved procedures, while upholding high standards of housekeeping and organization. Support quality systems activities such as OOS, deviations, investigations, change controls, CAPA, and audit preparation, including participation in internal, external, and regulatory inspections. Effectively manage daily workload, communicate issues and improvement opportunities, support team and line management objectives, and drive continuous improvement through professional development. This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

The experience we're looking for Hands‑on microbiological laboratory experience (minimum 1 year full‑time preferred), ideally within a regulated manufacturing environment such as food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceuticals. Practical experience performing microbiological testing using USP and BAM methods, including bioburden testing, pathogen screening, and environmental and water monitoring. Working knowledge of GMP and GLP requirements, with demonstrated experience generating accurate, compliant laboratory documentation. Proven ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment, delivering reliable results, and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams. Experience using laboratory data management systems (e.g., LIMS) and strong working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for documentation and reporting. US salary ranges USD $65,000.00 - $97,000.00 Hiring range up to 80KUS pay transparency The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
