12 months with the possibility to be extended. Candidate must be able to attend new employee training in OK for 1 week
Schedule:
12 Hours Shifts 8 Days On/4 Days Off - 8 Nights On/4
Days Off Salary :
$19.90/hr. Summary Support laboratory operations by performing quality assurance testing, preparing technical reports, and assisting with fluid design and additive selection. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in laboratory operations within a fast-paced industrial environment. Job Description Perform quality assurance testing on products to verify compliance with specifications. Prepare laboratory reports prior to field service delivery. Assist with additive selection and fluid design under the guidance of technical personnel. Maintain laboratory equipment in clean, safe, and operational condition. Dispose of laboratory waste according to established procedures. Conduct routine laboratory audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Provide technical support to engineering and product teams as needed. Prepare technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain communication with laboratory support teams and operating locations. Perform risk assessments before beginning laboratory tasks to identify and mitigate potential safety or quality concerns. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and customer service meetings. Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain all required safety training. Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule.
Shift:
12 Hours Shifts 8 Days On/4 Days Off - 8 Nights On/4 Days Off Skills Required Entry-level position; no prior laboratory experience required. On-the-job training provided. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Strong willingness to learn new processes and technical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.
