Fully Onsite Summary The Packaging Tech will support diagnostic packaging operations and laboratory maintenance within the Roche Molecular Systems business unit. This role is essential for ensuring quality control throughout the diagnostic process and supporting the overall flow of research and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities Testing & Analysis:

Conduct diagnostic testing and analysis according to established protocols.

Lab Maintenance:

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all lab protocols are strictly followed.

Quality Control:

Monitor and ensure high standards of quality control within diagnostic procedures.

R&D Support:

Assist in broader research and development efforts as required by the production and packaging schedule.

Documentation:

Accurately document findings and prepare reports for management and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Skills:

Work History:

1-5 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in using industry-standard tools and software.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot diagnostic issues.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for reporting and team collaboration. Preferred (Optional):

Certification:

Clinical laboratory certification is preferred.
