• Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• + High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. + Basic math, medical terminology, and literacy skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Suite platforms and EPIC.

• Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• + Enrolled in a Certified Nursing Assistant Program, Patient Care Technician Program or or health sciences program preferred. + Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in health care is preferred. + Minimum of 1 or more years of experience in customer service or patient care preferred. + Possess knowledge of common hospital equipment used in patient care.

• Licenses and Certifications Required:

• + AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
