We are seeking Laboratory Technician to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia, CA.

Job Summary:
Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis to support clinical trial research while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data. Contribute to laboratory operations, quality standards, and cross‑functional collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform routine specimen analysis and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulations Review and evaluate analytical results and escalate irregular findings to senior laboratory staff Prepare buffers and solutions and support post‑analysis sample and reagent storage Assist with drafting and refining laboratory procedures and maintaining 6S housekeeping standards Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and report supply needs
What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent; some locations may require a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology. Knowledge of basic laboratory principles and Good Laboratory Practices Understanding of laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and standard computer applications Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for
This Role:
Ability to maintain accurate reporting procedures and manage workflow efficiently Strong collaboration skills for working with internal partners Ability to follow established procedures and maintain quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
