Shift:

Day Shift (7:00 AM•3:00 PM) or 8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) to join our team at AO Fox Hospital. This role involves performing a wide range of laboratory tests across multiple departments, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to work with minimal supervision while supporting a collaborative team environment. Key ResponsibilitiesBlood Bank Perform ABO typing, antibody screening, and compatibility testing Utilize both manual and automated testing methods Microbiology Operate Abbott ID Now analyzers for COVID-19, Strep, Influenza, and RSV testing Perform testing using Phadia 250 for allergy and autoimmune diseases Hematology Operate Sysmex XN 550 and XN 350 analyzers Coagulation Operate

for coagulation testing Chemistry Perform testing using Beckman AU480 and Access2 analyzers Operate urinalysis systems including AX-4030 and Iris DxU 480 Qualifications Valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (Required) Strong knowledge across: Blood Bank Microbiology Hematology Coagulation Chemistry Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Strong teamwork and communication skills Phlebotomy experience (Preferred but not required)
