Job Description

job summary: Launch your career with a global pharma leader dedicated to oncology innovation! We are seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Scientist/Engineer to support upstream antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) manufacturing on-site in a highly technical, rewarding environment.
location:
Pearl River, New York job type: Contract salary: $27 - 28 per hour work hours: 8 to 4 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Execute upstream manufacturing processes including fermentation, solvent-based recovery, and multi-stage chemical synthesis. Own and execute assigned production processes end-to-end, ensuring accurate process monitoring and technical troubleshooting. Prepare buffers and support in-house reagent production under strict safety protocols for cytotoxic materials. Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, process qualifications, and tech transfers. Author technical documentation, including SOPs, reports, and batch records.
qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of scientific principles and laboratory or manufacturing practices. Ability to learn complex technical processes and equipment. Flexibility to work standard day shifts with occasional early/late or weekend shifts as needed.
Preferred:
Exposure to pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing. Knowledge of GMP environments.
