Job DescriptionJoin our Process Sciences team and gain real hands‑on experience in cell culture and bioprocessing. This role is perfect for individuals who are excited about lab work, learning new techniques, and contributing to meaningful scientific projects.

Media and buffer preparationAliquoting and aseptic transfersBioreactor builds and probe calibrationsAutoclaving and general lab supportRun cell culture experiments from shake flask to bioreactorAssist with sample analysis and maintain accurate, organized recordsOpportunities to GrowYou'll get the chance to:

Contribute to workflow improvements in the Process Sciences labsSupport development of planning/scheduling tools or lab metrics automationHelp refine team training programsCo‑lead studies involving raw material testing or manufacturing investigationsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesThis role offers excellent exposure to upstream bioprocessing, cross‑functional teamwork, and real‑world project ownership.

Additional InformationPosition is full-time Mon-Fri, 2nd shift (6pm-2:30am). Applicants must have the ability to work 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM shifts when needed.
