Position:
Lab Technician Overview :
One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Lab Technician to join their manufacturing operations team in Pearl River, NY. This individual will support production activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards and global regulatory requirements This is an onsite role supporting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality production outcome s. Roles & Responsibiliti es:

Execute production activities utilizing process equipment, systems, and manufacturing operati onsSupport operational qualification training and assist team leads as nee dedEnsure all work complies with company policies, SOPs, Pfizer values, and regulatory/environmental guideli nesAssist with troubleshooting, technology transfer, and startup activit iesSupport production teams with batch documentation and system transacti onsMonitor and communicate key production metr icsMaintain and update technical documentation for production and process approv alsVerify batch reconciliation and investigate discrepancies; escalate issues when necess aryPartner with Quality, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support CAPA proces sesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, et c.)Review, update, and revise SOPs as nee dedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to solve routine and moderately complex probl ems Must Ha ves:

One of the following: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering OR Associate's degree + 4+ years of relevant experi enceOR High School Diploma/GED + 6+ years of relevant experi enceKnowledge of process equipment and manufacturing operat ionsBasic understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (c GMP)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidel inesExperience with technical documentation and production rec ordsStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadl ines
