Location:
Brecksville, OH Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lab Technician to join our team in Brecksville, OH. This role is responsible for performing routine laboratory tests, preparing samples, documenting results, and supporting quality and production processes. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced lab environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process samples for testing and analysis Perform routine laboratory tests following established procedures Accurately document and record test results in systems or logs Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards Assist with data entry and reporting of findings Identify and communicate discrepancies or quality concerns Support continuous improvement initiatives within the lab Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related Science field preferred 1+ year of laboratory, quality control, or manufacturing experience preferred Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety standards Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and data entry systems) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs #IND2
