Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join a fast-paced laboratory team in Brecksville, Ohio. This position is responsible for supporting laboratory operations through sample preparation, testing, documentation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Prepare samples, materials, and test panels for laboratory evaluations Conduct routine laboratory testing according to established procedures Record and document test results accurately and completely Operate laboratory equipment and instruments safely and effectively Assist with product evaluations, quality testing, and data collection Follow all laboratory safety policies and procedures Clean, organize, and maintain laboratory work areas and equipment Label, store, and dispose of materials according to company guidelines Communicate testing results and observations to laboratory personnel Support additional laboratory projects and tasks as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Associate's degree in a science-related field preferred Previous laboratory, manufacturing, quality control, or testing experience preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds throughout the shift Benefits Competitive pay at $18.00/hour 1st Shift Schedule Full-Time Hours Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Weekly Pay Opportunity for long-term career growth Apply today to join a growing laboratory team in Brecksville! #IND2
