Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join a laboratory team in Grove City, Ohio. This position supports daily laboratory operations through sample preparation, testing, documentation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Prepare samples, materials, and test panels for laboratory testing Perform routine laboratory tests following established procedures Accurately record and document test results and observations Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments Assist with quality control testing and product evaluations Follow laboratory safety standards and company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Label, store, and dispose of materials according to guidelines Support data collection and reporting activities Assist with additional laboratory projects as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Associate's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science field preferred Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or testing experience preferred Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Benefits $20.00/hour starting pay 1st Shift Schedule Full-Time Hours Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Weekly Pay Career Growth Potential Apply today to start your laboratory career with a growing team in Grove City, Ohio! #IND2
