ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.

Obtains paperwork, select grafts, and label according to procedures. 2. Uses inventory tracking and scan checking software to ensure traceability and proper identification. 3. Applies labels on tissue grafts, places Information for Use insert into external packaging, and completes process to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures in a timely manner. 4. Inspects grafts for quality, packaging integrity, and accuracy of documentation. 5. Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required. WORK ENVIRONMENT and

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation. Color vision required. Heavy lifting required.
