12-month contract Pay rate: $37/hr .Day Shift role - 7:30 am - 4 pm Position Summa ryThe R D Laboratory Leader supports laboratory operations and research activities while providing basic coordination of daily tasks. This role combines hands-on lab work with limited leadership responsibilities, helping ensure experiments are completed efficiently, safely, and accuratel y.
Key Responsibiliti es:
Laboratory Execu tion
  • Perform routine laboratory experiments, tests, and anal yses
  • Prepare samples, materials, and equip ment
  • Record and report data accura telyTeam Coordina tion
  • Help organize daily lab tasks and priori ties
  • Act as a point of contact for basic lab quest ions Project Su pport
  • Assist in executing assigned R D pro jects
  • Track progress of tasks and communicate status to super visor
  • Support meeting project time lines Equipment & Lab Maint enance
  • Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equ ipment
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
  • Maintain organized lab spaces and ensure readiness fo r work
  • Monitor and replenish laboratory supplies and mat erials Safety & Com pliance
  • Follow all lab safety procedures a nd SOPs
  • Promote safe work practices within t he team
  • Maintain proper docume ntation Colla boration
  • Work closely with scientists, engineers, and tec hnicians
  • updates and observations clearly Quali fications Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or techni cal field Experience
  • 0-5 years of laboratory or R D experience Skills & C ompetencies
  • Basic laboratory and techn ical skills
