About this Position This Lab Technologist position is stationed in the Soil, Water, Forage, Analytical Lab (SWFAL). Duties include: Sample preparation, organization, analysis and disposal; Analyzing soil, water, plant and waste samples using ICP, Carbon-Nitrogen analyzer, Flow injection auto-analyzer; Performing titration, pH and EC analysis with appropriate instruments; Performing routine instrument maintenance; Maintaining analysis quality with internal and external QC samples; Assisting other technicians with their duties and possibility in supervising part time technicians; Assisting lab manager in lab operations and performing other duties as assigned.
