Skills and Experience Sought:
Valid national certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Associates or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related discipline Strong proficiency in performing laboratory analyses, including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology Familiarity with laboratory equipment maintenance and quality control procedures Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with healthcare teams Prior travel or acute care laboratory experience is highly valuedKey Responsibilities:
