Travel assignment, flexible scheduling based on facility needs
Qualifications:
Current national certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or relevant field Recent experience working in a hospital or reference laboratory environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results Adaptability and positive attitude in dynamic settings
Responsibilities:
Conduct a full range of clinical laboratory tests and procedures Operate and maintain laboratory equipment safely and efficiently Analyze, interpret, and report test results in a timely and accurate manner Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in quality control, process improvement, and regulatory compliance activities
