The job duties and schedule may vary from time to time. This position will focus heavily on various chemistries, including ICPMS analysis in our new metals lab. We are seeking candidates with knowledge and experience with most of the following tasks:
  • Routine analysis in foods, supplements, cannabis, cosmetics
  • Operation of HPLCs & GCs
  • Operation of
LCMS/MS & GCMS/MS
  • Operation of ICPMS
  • Extractions, analysis and related QA
  • Research & Method Development
  • ISO 17025, NELAP and/or CLIA Accreditations
  • Writing SOPs and related Validations
  • Working with chemicals and common hazardous materials expected in a lab
Requirements:
  • BS in related science or equivalent
  • 2+ years of accredited lab experience
  • Must be a critical thinker and have the ability to multitask
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to problem solve and offer solutions
  • Must be a self starter and have a sense of accountability and initiative
  • Must have respect for others at all times but still be able to be yourself
  • Must have a positive attitude and open mind in a team environment
  • Must effectively communicate with others
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to be on your feet for ~2 hours at a time
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is competitive based on experience with growth opportunities Full time and part time available
