Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent preferred) Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field Proven competency in routine laboratory procedures and instrumentation Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities Previous hospital or reference lab experience preferred
