Full-time travel role Variable shifts may be required to optimize patient outcomesDesired Qualifications:
Current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent preferred) Minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting Proficiency in performing, analyzing, and interpreting laboratory tests Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to adapt to new environments, equipment, and proceduresKey Responsibilities:
Conduct and analyze diagnostic laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols Ensure quality control procedures are followed to maintain accuracy and integrity of results Operate, calibrate, and maintain complex laboratory instruments Accurately document test findings and communicate critical values to healthcare providers Support ongoing improvements in laboratory operations and safety practices Train and mentor new staff as neededOutstanding Benefits & Travel Perks:
