Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Your responsibilities Assist with scripting and automation tasks to improve lab efficiency and operations. Support the setup, configuration, and organization of networking equipment in the lab environment. Participate in customer testing and validation activities alongside experienced engineers. Help troubleshoot technical issues and support problem resolution efforts. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to lab activities and testing. Your skills and experience A strong interest in networking, AI, and emerging technologies. Basic understanding of IP or Optical networking concepts. Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python or Bash. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. It would be nice if you also had: Hands-on experience working with networking equipment.
